Srihari Sundaramurugan

Hi, I'm Srihari.

Building meaningful convenience — the kind that cracks stereotypes and makes $$ bills.

For me, tech is an optimization function for human attention — clear the logistics so the harder problems get the focus they deserve. I build toward that every day, and someday I want to be the one taking a real swing at one of those harder problems.

Life

Moved to HSR to be around the people building India's startup ecosystem.

Raised Kannadiga, in Tamil Nadu. I answer to both.

Love beaches and mountains equally; spent two months solo in Bali last year.

Spiritual in an explorative way — less tradition, more curiosity about the questions of my own existence.

South Indian food is non-negotiable — biryani, parotta, dosa.

Friends are the best part.

Daily Log live · ~10 daily users · 02.26 –

A local-first notes PWA and Chrome new-tab extension, built because Obsidian and Notion both kept losing my stuff. Keyboard-first capture (Cmd+K palette, @-tag retrieval), delta-sync to a Hono + Postgres backend. LLM + memory layer next.

Life threads instead of feeds. Cards for what you're reading, building, and moving through accumulate chronological logs, with three-tier visibility and bimonthly email digests in place of an infinite scroll.

Kondattam building next

The AI second brain for NRI weddings. Agentic calling that reaches vendors in their native language, a centralized budget and task dashboard for planners and families, and a WhatsApp bot that keeps the family in the loop across timezones. Targeted at the ~18,000 annual Indian weddings over ₹50L, where low-tech chaos undermines high-ticket spend.

OMI pendant — Seeed XIAO nRF52840 and LiPo battery in a 3D-printed case

Built my own OMI pendant for ambient note-taking — a Seeed XIAO nRF52840 and a LiPo in a 3D-printed case, running the open-source OMI stack. Then wired webhook triggers on it to control the IoT lights in my home too.

Personal agent (OpenClaw / Hermes) experimenting

Experimenting with a personal automation assistant layered on OpenClaw or Hermes — one that carries a lot of my personal context, has access to my digital front (email, calendar, files, chats), and is agentic enough to actually do what I tell it to. Less chatbot, more a second me with permissions.

Rentee shelved · prototype

A property management platform that consolidates ticketing, cross-channel chat (WhatsApp / SMS / email in one thread), rent collection, vacancies, and documents into one interface — with integrations for Avail and DoorLoop. Shelved; learned property managers don't want a new tool, they want their existing tools to talk.
